Terms and Conditions

When booking a consultation, class or session with The Parent Antidote, you agree to the following:

  • To disclose any medical condition to the Teacher or baby consultant (if baby is born) which baby/ies may has/have.

  • Always seek the advice of your GP or other qualified health care provider with any questions you may have regarding a medical condition or treatment of your baby/ies.

  • To follow safe sleeping practices in accordance with the lullaby trust, SIDS, the NHS and WHO recommendations.

  • If your baby/child is sick on the day of any in-home sleep coaching sessions, we will not be able to go ahead due to health and safety regulations.

  • If your baby/child is sick, we advise waiting until they are fully recovered before implementing any remote sleep coaching advice or routines.

  • Full Payment for all our services is required at the time of booking. Once the payment is received in full, you will receive acknowledgment, and re-confirmation of date, time and place/ video link of the class. We endeavor to complete these in a timely manner.

  • If in the booked consultation time or over and above the package booked, the issue or topics of concern are not resolved, a bespoke package and quote will be put together specific to your families needs and wants.

  • In the event a parent class or sleep coaching package is cancelled the following Terms and Conditions apply: Less than 72 hours notice – full amount is payable. 72 hours to 14 days notice – 50% of final fee payable. 15 to 21 days – 25% of final fee payable.

  • Nights are £240 per extra night.

  • Text support is available 8.30am - 8pm Monday - Friday, Saturday 8.30am - 3pm.

  • Voice message support is available 8am - 9pm Monday to Sunday.

  • I understand that any services/consulting/routine is meant for my baby/ies and I only and should not be shared with any third parties. I acknowledge the information might not be suitable for another child and it is subject to copyright laws.

  • If in the unlikely event of illness or other unforeseen circumstances and you are unable to go ahead with the booking, please notify us at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment and you will have 3 months to reschedule and/or retain a credit for any of our services. Although we are empathetic of illness, due to the nature of our work and often booking clients weeks in advance; failure to do so will result in the total of fees still being charged.

  • The Parent Antidote prefers to resolve any disputes via mediation – please contact Elka via email at elka@theparentantidote.co.uk, with full details on the dispute. All communication regarding a dispute is to be kept between the Client and The Parent Antidote only.

  • Travel fees may be charged if required to travel further than a 15-mile radius of RG5.

  • Strictly no refund policy for cancellation or change of mind of consultations, coffee mornings and Q&A sessions.
